At America Home Health Care Inc., we specialize in Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and both Basic and Intensive 245D Waivered Services, designed to support individuals living with disabilities, chronic illnesses, or age-related conditions.
Located in Columbia Heights, MN, we are committed to providing culturally responsive, person-centered care that empowers our clients to live safely, independently, and with dignity—at home and in the community.
