Personal Care Assistance (PCA)

Helping individuals with daily living activities such as:

  • Bathing, dressing, grooming

  • Eating and mobility support

  • Medication reminders

  • Light housekeeping and meal prep

  • Behavior redirection and support

We offer both Traditional PCA and PCA Choice models, allowing families to choose their caregivers.

We provide both Basic and Intensive 245D Services through Minnesota’s HCBS waiver programs (CADI, BI, DD, EW), including:
